The objective was to maximise its positive impact on the stakeholders in the travel and tourism ecosystem, identifying opportunities for generating impact aligned with the company's operations and corporate strategy. This development materialised in the identification and implementation of priority initiatives in terms of social sustainability related to the business and operations of Amadeus.
