First Business Purpose Barometer
It analyzes the responses of almost 300 managers regarding knowledge, activation, leadership, barriers and cross-communication of purpose in companies.
APD (Association for Management Progress) and Transcendent, the Spanish consulting firm specializing in business impact and ESG asset management, have organized a meeting to present the conclusions of First Business Purpose Barometer in Spain.
The meeting will take place on July 8 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., and will include the participation of José Armando Tellado, CEO of Capsa Food, Ignacio González, CEO of New Pscanova, and Ana Claver, Managing Director, Head of Iberia, US Offshore & Latam of Robeco. All of them will analyze how their organizations have activated the purpose and how they are trying to turn it into a strategic lever to improve the profitability of their companies, aspiring to generate positive impact.
This Barometer, based on a survey of almost 300 managers, has evaluated the degree of activation of purpose in companies as a lever to improve their results, as well as the perception that managers have about who should lead the management of purpose and the degree of engagement it generates in employees, among other issues.
The meeting will be presented by Enrique Sánchez de León, CEO of APD, and moderated by Angel Pérez Agenjo, Managing Partner of Transcendent.
The conclusions will allow us to better understand the trends and challenges in the definition, activation, measurement and understanding of the value that purpose generates for companies and their stakeholders.
