As Transcendent continues to grow, we are looking for a Sustainability and Impact Consultant to join our team. This role will involve active participation in strategic projects with a high level of client interaction. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Participating in strategic projects with leading companies, focusing on the transformation of business models.
  ‍
• Conducting quantitative analysis and developing strategic approaches to support clients in making the best decisions for their organizations.
  ‍
• Defining, preparing, and presenting project deliverables to clients.
  ‍
• Coordinating a team of analysts, organizing their work, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing support to help them achieve their goals.
  ‍
• Contributing to Transcendent’s business development through the management and preparation of proposals.

• A higher degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  ‍
• 3 to 5 years of work experience in strategic consulting.
  ‍
• Proven ability to work in high-performance teams and manage projects under pressure.
  ‍
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  ‍
• Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a high level of commitment.
  ‍
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  ‍
• Ability to contribute to proposals that deliver unique value to clients.
  ‍
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
  ‍
• Highly organized and responsible.
