About the position
As we grow, we're looking for a Sustainability & Impact Consultant, who will actively participate in strategic projects with a high level of customer interaction. Among others, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
- Conducting quantitative analysis and developing strategic approaches to support clients in making the best decisions for their organizations.
- Participating in strategic projects with leading companies, focusing on the transformation of business models.
- Defining, preparing, and presenting project deliverables to clients.
- Coordinating a team of analysts, organizing their work, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and providing support to help them achieve their goals.
- Contributing to Transcendent's business development through the management and preparation of proposals.
Requirements
- Higher degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Work experience of 3 to 5 years in strategic consulting.
- Ability to work in a team, with experience in projects that require high performance, having worked under pressure.
- Analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, proactivity and a high level of commitment.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
- Skills to contribute to proposals that provide differential value to clients.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- Organized and responsible person.
