Theory of Change
How do we do it?
We design a Theory of Change that allows us to rigorously define the transformation that an organization wants to achieve through its interventions. We define a process that allows us to evaluate the achievement of the desired impact, and we develop effective strategies and solutions to materialize this vision of change.
We dive into the elements involved in generating impact, with the objective of understanding each of them and the causal relationships that lead to the achievement of the expected results. We analyze available resources (inputs), activation of resources (activities), short-term results produced by different activities (output), the effect produced between the different beneficiaries (outcome) and the desired long-term transformation (impact).
We develop measurement models that allow us to evaluate the efficient use of resources for the achievement of the Theory of Change and its long-term impact objectives. With our guidance, organizations not only optimize their resources, but they also enhance their capacity to create a positive and lasting impact on society and the environment
