How do we do it?
We advise companies on the creation of control mechanisms and lines of business that allow them to assess risks and take advantage of opportunities related to the protection and development of biodiversity. To do this, we carry out an analysis of biodiversity trends present in the market and evaluate the internal state of the biodiversity processes and initiatives implemented by the company. From this base, we work together to define the biodiversity ambition to which a company aspires and where it wants to position itself.
In addition, we define a roadmap that guarantees the realization of the set ambition, including the mitigation of risks linked to nature, the analysis of TNFD and the definition of solutions and models or lines of business linked to natural capital, among others, incorporating the generation of value in relevant interest groups affected by biodiversity by the company.
