How do we do it?
We advise companies on the creation of control mechanisms and business lines that allow them to assess risks and seize opportunities related to biodiversity protection and development. To do this, we conduct an analysis of biodiversity trends in the market and evaluate the internal state of the biodiversity processes and initiatives implemented by the company. From this base, we work together to define the biodiversity ambition to which a company aspires and where it wants to position itself.
Additionally, we define a roadmap that ensures the fulfillment of the ambition set, including risk mitigation related to nature, TNFD analysis, and the development of solutions and business models linked to natural capital, among other aspects. We incorporate value generation for relevant stakeholders affected by the company's biodiversity efforts.
