Impact Report 2023: improving sustainability
The last year has been an exciting one for the Transcendent team. We grow in people, in projects and, in view of our indicators, we improve the effect of our work, thus being faithful every day to our purpose: Accelerate the transformation of our clients to generate a positive impact on society by strengthening their business. This is our “what for” since our inception.
We know that we are in the right direction because 92% of our clients believe that projects with Transcendent have helped to generate an impact on the company and results in the short term.
The combination of commitment, talent, knowledge and experience of the Transcendent team has allowed us to achieve an NPS of 83.3, 60% above the industry average.
100% of customers highlight the availability, flexibility and closeness of our team. Three out of four clients consider our capacity to innovate key and to go beyond the needs of the project, identifying opportunities beyond their original scope, as well as our ability to materialize and tangibilize the ideas or projects proposed.
We take our role as promoters of impact economics very seriously, dedicating time and effort to strengthening the ecosystem and disseminating knowledge and as training agents.
And all of this happens, and can only happen, thanks to a committed team, with a special way of working in which collaboration, flexibility and trust are core values.
And what is the team's perception? 100% feel that they can get closer to their life purpose working at Transcendent and have a very high level of satisfaction with the work environment. 90% believe that they have total freedom when it comes to expressing themselves and proposing improvements, 80% feel that the team works very closely together when working under pressure, and everyone also agrees that the level of responsibility and visibility in projects is a stimulus for their development.
We have recently been able to hear first-hand Paul Polman emphasize that it is no longer enough or profitable for organizations to do things “less badly” and that it is necessary to go further on this journey towards net positive impact. Along with Polman, Sir Ronald Cohen announced profound advances in impact accounting to be able to compare performance between organizations and improve their management. And a few months ago John Elkington said that we are only at the end of the principle of sustainability.
Beyond the focus on regulation and compliance that we are experiencing, it is increasingly evident that sustainability and impact are central variables in the generation of value for a company or investment.
The data we share in this Report indicate that Transcendent is a rigorous, flexible, expert and reliable partner to accompany organizations on this journey to positive impact, which has only just begun.
