As Transcendent grows, we are currently looking for a Business Impact Senior Manager who will be actively involved in leading strategic projects. Among others, your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Lead strategic projects in leading companies, with a focus on business model transformation and impact measurement.
  ‍
• Work with our clients in the understanding of the challenges they face and designing innovative solutions for their business.
  ‍
• Contribute to the development of our Service Lines, designing commercial proposals and projects aligned to the latest trends in impact and sustainability.
  ‍
• Play a key role in Transcendent, being part of the growth and consolidation of a company with the intent to become a national and international reference.

• Higher degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration and Management, or similar.
  ‍
• Work experience of at least 10 years; minimum of 6 in a leading strategic consulting firm having led projects in Tier 1 clients (previous experience in consulting is a must for this role).
  ‍
• Ability to lead teams with experience in projects that require high performance, having worked under pressure.
  ‍
• Analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  ‍
• Results-oriented, proactive, and with a high level of commitment.
  ‍
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  ‍
• High level of oral and written English. Minimum C1.
  ‍
• Organised, responsible, and reliable.
