STARTING POINT
The company wanted to reinforce its sustainability strategy in order to identify the main lines of action as a basis for defining a roadmap for the implementation of sustainability in its activity.
PROCESS
During the project, an analysis of the environment and competitors, an internal analysis with employees was carried out, defining lines of action and initiatives on which to build the sustainability strategy and a structure on which to create the governance of the strategy. A modelling of the initiatives to be developed was carried out.
RESULT
Development of the company's Sustainability Strategy so that it can maximise its impact on the business in a structured and orderly manner over time with a clear implementation roadmap with activities, responsibilities and budget.
